WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SURGERY?

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY CLINIC VISIT?

To make your clinic visit most efficient, please bring the following:

  • Up to date Health card

  • Up to date imaging (IF this is not completed at a hospital, it is the PATIENT'S responsibility to bring their disc or online imaging access code). If unsure, please call and ask. 

  • Up to date list of medications / allergies

  • Wear comfortable / loose fitting clothing OR bring shorts (knee) or tank top (shoulder)

WHEN IS THE OFFICE OPEN? 

  • Fracture Clinic : Thursday 730-1200 AM

  • Office Clinic: Thursday 1230-4 PM
